These terms and conditions apply to the siteWeb of Robert Moon, La Petite Barre, 18210 Bessais le Fromental FRANCE.
It applies to all transactions. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We may modify these terms and conditions at any time, effective upon posting.

Commandes
You will have the opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order at any time until you click the submit order button.
Once submitted, yous will receive an order acknowledgment by e-mail.
It is only oneacknowledgment of receipt of your order and not an acceptance of your order.
Acceptance of your order and creation of a legally binding agreement will only occur once payment has been received.
You will receive a second email with this confirmation and details of any items that are not available.
If an item is not in stock or not available, this will be indicated on your confirmation email, or we will contact you by telephone.
You will have the option to wait until the item is in stock, choose an alternative product of equal value, or receive a refund on that item.
Price and payment
All prices shown on our site are in Euro € and include VAT where applicable, but exclude transport.
Indicate in your basket the prices indicated will include the items purchased plus VAT if applicable plus delivery.
Prices are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) your order is accepted.
All purchases made online are processed through our secure payment provider.
Delivery
Subject to availability, we will ship your order once payment has been received. Normally within 7 days.
Delivery will be made to the address indicated on the order received.
Delivery to Metropolitan France is by parcel.
The prices of the shipping costs will be displayed online on the page before confirming your order.
We strive to keep our postage rates as low as possible. Delivery is normally 7-10 days.
Sometimes delivery times are affected by factors beyond our control and therefore delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Note: We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Offers
All offers presented on our website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice.
Cancellations and returns
We are not required to pay return postage. Any item returned for exchange or repair will incur additional delivery charges for the exchanged item.
You can cancel your order at any time until you receive it and up to 14 days after you receive it if they are intact.
You can do this by emailing or calling us, giving us your full name, address and order number. You can also return the order to us with a cover note.
Product must be complete, unused and in resalable condition. Any free gifts that came with the item must also be returned.
Please return items using Recorded Delivery, anything lost in transit or received in non-saleable condition will not be refunded or only partially refunded.
A full refund will be given on items returned by the buyer, but not the delivery costs.
Faulty Goods
In the unusual event of a faulty item we will respond to individual circumstances.
If there is a fault with your product within 12 months we will normally offer a prompt, free repair and refund the postage costs incurred in getting the item back to us.
This does not include defects caused by accident, neglect, misuse or general wear and tear.
Disclaimer
We make every effort to ensure that all information on our site is accurate.
If a price or description error occurs, we will contact you and ask if you wish to continue with your order at the correct price/description.
We are not obligated to sell products at an incorrect price.
We reserve the right to modify our products without notice.
The photographs on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
We are not responsible for goods damaged due to improper installation or negligence.
